You may have a block code associated to your account, so our system no longer attempts to send the devotional to your address. Your ISP may have blocked the devotional thinking it was unwanted mail:

We recommend adding each newsletter’s “From” address to your address book (i.e. Crosswalk@crosswalkmail.com) to help ensure your devotional gets to your inbox.  

 

Contact your Internet Service Provider and let them know you would like to continue to receive mail from the domain crosswalkmail.com.
