Yes, within the Preference Center, in the Current Subscription tab you have the option to “hold” your email temporarily. Simply select “Hold my email delivery” and hit “Update”. Remember: If you hold your account and want to start receiving email from us again, you will have to de-select “Hold my email temporarily” within the Preference Center.
