Here are a few things to consider:

• First, be aware that if you forward a newsletter to a friend directly from your inbox, they may have clicked "unsubscribe."  That will unsubscribe YOU because it was forwarded from your account.  We recommend using the "Forward to a Friend" link from within your newsletter or encouraging family and friends to subscribe under their own address.

• Second, sometimes your Internet Service Provider sends an automatic unsubscribe request because either you have accidentally marked a message as spam, or they mistake it as spam.  You can contact your ISP and see if there are any actions you can take to let them know your newsletter is not spam. 

We also recommend adding our "From" address to your email address book or safe senders list (i.e. Crosswalk@crosswalkmail.com or Christianity.com@crosswalkmail.com) to help avoid this.
