If the e-card has not yet been delivered, you may delete the e-card before it is sent.  Once the e-card is delivered, there is no way to cancel it.

To delete a scheduled but unsent e-card, please do the following:

  • Log into your account on CrossCards.com.
  • Click on the “My Ecards” link in the upper left corner of the website.
  • Click on the “My Sent Cards” tab.
  • Locate the e-card you want to delete.
  • Select the e-card by clicking in the checkbox to the right of the "Read Date" column.
  • Click on the “Delete Selected” button to delete the selected e-card (you may delete more than one e-card at a time).
