Some email programs have a security feature that blocks your ability to click on a link. To play the videos you will need to disable that security feature so that you can click on the links.

- Please check to make sure the you have the latest version of your browser
(for example, if you are using Internet Explorer 9 please upgrade to Internet Explorer 10) - Or try a different web browser such as Google Chrome
- Please clear your cache to further correct the problem.
- Also make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player installed (You can check and see if the you have the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
When you click on the link a new browser window will open to the video featured in the email newsletter.
