Some email programs have a security feature that blocks your ability to click on a link. To play the videos you will need to disable that security feature so that you can click on the links.

Here are some other helpful tips to assist with trouble shooting why you may not be able to view videos sent via email from GodTube

  • Please check to make sure the you have the latest version of your browser
    (for example, if you are using Internet Explorer 9 please upgrade to Internet Explorer 10) 
  • Or try a different web browser such as Google Chrome 
  • Please clear your cache to further correct the problem.
  • Also make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player installed (You can check and see if the you have the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)

When you click on the link a new browser window will open to the video featured in the email newsletter.
