In most email accounts, images are turned off by default. In many cases, by whitelisting and adding our “From” address to your address book or safe senders list, the images will automatically download. Email clients also provide an option within account settings to turn images on or off. You should contact your internet or webmail service provider if you are experiencing problems changing your settings.
