It could take up to 48 hours for your subscription to start. If this problem continues to occur, please consider the following procedures:

1) In the Current Subscriptions tab of the Preference Center, verify that you are still signed up to receive the newsletters of your choosing. If you are not, please refer to theView More Subscriptions tab to re-subscribe to your newsletters.

2) Add each newsletter's "From" address to your address book in order to ensure delivery to your inbox rather than junk mail folder (i.e., Crosswalk@crosswalkmail.com). For detailed whitelisting instructions, please see instructions above.

3) If you enjoy forwarding devotionals to family and friends, encourage them to start their own subscriptions or click "send to a friend" on the top right corner of the devotional. (Sometimes when you forward messages to others from your inbox, they click the unsubscribe link and it ends up unsubscribing YOUR account since the devotional was forwarded from you).

4) Double-check that your internet or webmail service provider is not mistaking our emails for spam and blocking them or automatically unsubscribing your account.
