When the recipient views the e-card, you will receive an email message from CrossCards.com informing you that the e-card has been viewed. If you don't receive a view confirmation email from CrossCards.com, either the recipient never received their e-card or that confirmation email ended up in your junk mail folder.

If you have an account on CrossCards.com, you may check viewed e-cards as follows:

  • Log into your account on CrossCards.com.
  • Click on the "My Ecards" link in the upper left corner of the website.
  • Click on the "My Sent Cards" tab.
  • The "Read Date" column displays which of your sent e-cards have already been viewed and the date on which they were viewed.
