When you click on the link in the email to view the e-card, if the e-card window does not open, then most likely your web browser is blocking the pop-up window. To view your e-card, review the pop-up blocker settings in your web browser and make sure that your web browser allows pop-ups from CrossCards.com. 

If you can open the window to view your e-card, but the card does not play, then most likely you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed in your web browser. Please use this link to install the Adobe Flash player, and then try viewing your e-card again.
